Vendor Registration & Setup

Vendor Registration will be held Sunday March 11th, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Registration will be found on the 2nd floor at the Radisson Blue MOA Hotel. The Trade Show will take place Monday March 12th, 2018 from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM in the “The Lakes Ballroom”. Take down will be immediately after the trade show by 2:00 PM.

Booth Information

Included in your booth is a 6 ft. x 30 inch table and two chairs. If you will be needing more space for your booth, please let us know.

Please utilize the enclosed “Audiovisual Services” form should you be needing internet, electricity, etc. Please return this form to 952.851.4091 or TJHeaton@PSAV.com. For questions regarding Exhibitor Services or to order services, please contact PSAV directly at 952.851.4097.

Logo

We do not save logos from previous years. If you have not done so already, please send your highest resolution logo to website@cobblestoneconference.com so we can include your company in all marketing materials. Please send this within five (5) business days of registration. Logos must be received by January 31st to make it in marketing materials, no exceptions.

FAQs

I want to have a raffle at my booth, when can we announce this? In previous years, we had vendors attend the finale dinner and awards ceremony. Between the dinner and awards ceremony we get some of the participating vendors on stage and announce the raffles and/or giveaways/awards.

How often is the Cobblestone Hotel Conference held? Two years ago, we announced we would do it every 18 months. But, due to several requests, it will be held annually again starting in 2019.

Can I have access to all registrants pre-conference? Please reference what is included in your sponsorship.
